FHP Recruitment Process

Thank you so much for your recent application to our job advertisement. We would like to invite you to the next stage which is a brief video interview submission, pre-recorded, in your own time in order to determine the best fit within our team/culture.

Progress through the brief form below, then we would like you to record in your own time, a brief video of you speaking and responding to the questions listed.
This process is meant to be informal, casual and relaxed, just be yourself and keep your responses brief. At the conclusion of your recording please submit/attach your video and proceed with the form submission.

Questions

Question 1: Please tell us about yourself and why you want to work at Fortitude? (2minutes max)
Can talk about your personality, interests, upbringing, education etc. Based on your circumstances, personality, values etc. why do you think you would be an ideal fit within the team?

Question 2: How do you ensure you arrive on time and complete your shift? And if you’re unavailable to make your shift, explain how you would approach (2minutes max)
Briefly explain how you approach personal organisation and communication.

Question 3: How do you stay motivated in performing routine tasks? (2minutes max)
Briefly explain how you approach systematised procedures or lists and how to stay motivated, efficient and quickly work through at a high standard.

Question 4: What is a personality trait/attribute of yourself that family or friends would come to you for? (2minutes max)
Share something you possess as part of your personality that you are of service. For example if you have a skill in something and you help others, or you a problem solver, create something, listener, comedian, artist, etc. What do you innately help others with that you can share with us.
